Steve Wolpert

Steve is the owner of Run Valley Exteriors and has been in the roofing and siding industry since 1995. After graduating from Columbia HS in 1992, Steve enlisted in the US Army.

Following his initial enlistment, Steve started in the construction industry, pouring concrete foundations for the Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC, and then moving on to marine construction, installing seawalls, floating docks, and house pilings. Steve finally ended up in residential work, installing vinyl siding. Steve installed siding on beach houses on Topsail Island until transitioning to roofing due to the damage brought by hurricanes Bertha and Fran in 1996. Steve installed roofs along the North Carolina coastline until moving back to PA in the Spring of 1997.

Steve worked as a roofer for Top of the Line Roofing and Shea Roofing, where he learned to install rubber roofs and gained experience in metal and slate roofs. Steve was a crew foreman when he left Shea Roofing for a career in law enforcement. Steve remained in the industry over the years by helping many friends and family with roofing and siding projects along the way.

Run Valley Exteriors was born on May 2, 2018, following Steve's career in law enforcement. Steve is a veteran of the US Army and Army Reserve. During his 26-year career, Steve was stationed at Fort Knox, KY from 1992–1994 as a 19K, an M1A1 Abrams Armor crewman, and deployed to Kuwait in 2005 and Afghanistan in 2009 and 2013 as a Logistics Specialist (88N).

Daulton Trout

Daulton is from New Providence, Lancaster County, and graduated from Solanco HS in 2016. Daulton attended Arcadia University and majored in Criminal Justice.

Daulton has been with Run Valley Exteriors since its inception in May of 2018. Daulton also worked in the restaurant business at local establishments, such as The Fireside Tavern.

Daulton is quite a laid-back guy. He enjoys working with his hands, which always seem to be dirty from work or his hobbies. Daulton enjoys tearing down a car or motorcycle engine and rebuilding it. He is always helping out his buddies with their car engine troubles and does a lot of maintenance work on RVE's work trucks and dump truck. When Daulton's not working on car engines, you will probably find him at a bonfire somewhere in the south end. He also enjoys getting tattoos, piercings, and growing his beard!
